ISM PhD alumnus Anthony Bagherian co-authored an article in the International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management. In the article, “Modeling critical success factors for sustainable LSS implementation in hospitals: an empirical study,” a hierarchical model was developed to evaluate the interrelationship of critical success factors (CSFs) that influence the sustainable deployment of LSS framework in the healthcare industry.
